Hard to close and open the clamshell.

The product is good. Quality is great especially for the price paid.

But it is hard to close and open the clamshell. There seem to be a resistance to closing it. Also when opening some pressure need to be applied to pretty force the lid to come off. This is not good because a little slip may cause the components that I use to store it to fly out.Perhaps the edges of the lid could be a bit more curved for it to slip in easily. The 1558 that I purchased is more harder/tighter to open and close than the 1506

I actually purchased the 1558 which is what I needed. It was great that Mike include it with the samples sent even though I did not request it.
