Loved the customer service

I am trying to help my customer, a cosmetic manufacturer, solve a problem they have during fulfillment. I had never worked with Panic Plastics before but I have found them great to work with so far. Not only did they send the sample I requested but the representative, after hearing what I was looking for, included 2 more that she thought might work. This is probably going to turn into a big sale for me.
